Young Cemetery
Take Hwy 1251 just through the Church Hill community and turn left on CR 328. The cemetery is about 1/4 mile down this road and 1/2 mile across a pasture, on private property in a thickly wooded area.Carolyn Green, May 2007.
This cemetery is on private property in Church Hill. The oldest burial here is Delilah Gray who was born in 1783 and died in 1858. There are many sink holes where obvious unmarked graves are and several graves marked with stones and home made brick/stone vaults. The only pictures I have in this small cemetery are the ones of my ancestors, the Grays, taken in 2005 and of the vaults. I plan to go back at some point and get pictures of the few that I missed.
